HEALTH NOTICE COVID – 19 & General Notice: – We are presently operating with face-to-face consultations but conditional to safe social distancing and when necessary the wearing of face masks. . We may, on some occasions, have a locked door policy when it is necessary to limit the number of persons in the waiting room. Please ring our doorbell if our door is locked.

* We offer a QR code and much appreciate your checking in on entry to our premises. A direct check-in via the Qld government App is required at present. The wearing of FACE MASKS is subject to public health regulation but we reserve the right to request the wearing of masks on entry whenever we have a high local Covid risk.  We appreciate your patience and loyalty during this stressful period as we all aim to keep everyone safe.  
We request that if you are unwell or awaiting Covid-19 Test results please do not arrange to enter our premises but rather phone to discuss your pet’s concerns. We are able to arrange a TeleHealth appointment.  For more information regards our Veterinary Practice Protocols, Updates and Advice then please proceed to our “Announcement & News” Menu Option. If you are in some way personally impacted by this virus and have a sick or injured pet please give us a phone call prior to any presentation of the pet.

It's Tick Season!

We are experiencing low number of cases but be on alert. Please check your pets regularly, avoid bush areas and use a tick preventative regularly. The current principal Peter Kitchen has been with this veterinary practice for more than 35 years, and is well supported by other caring and skilled veterinarians.
